Question about flashing

I was just starting to wounder if it is possibale to do to many flash's on your phonw. The reason im asking is cause I seem to be addicit to flashing my phone quite often, one cause i like to see all the roms i get and all the ones i build, and two just for testing. I know it may seem like a dumb question but i would just like to be safe than sorry. thks

I'm not all that firmilar with the xv6700's hardware but I'm sure it uses standard flash memory (much like the USB flash drives, or the SD cards) which I have never heard of anyone over-writing too many times. I'm sure like everything there is a limit on the lifespan of the device but by then you will probably be on to other things anyways.

Flash Cell Endurance: For Multi-Level Cell (MLC) Flash, up to 10,000 write cycles
per physical sector. For Single-Level Cell (SLC) Flash, up to 100,000 write cycles per
physical sector.

Just copied from Toshiba (the inventor of flash memory). That should be enough for anyone.
