New Version?

I have been browsing around the forums, and honestly, very confused on the different versions of things that people are discussing.

About a month and a half ago, I downloaded a file bell0.rar and installed it onto my UTStarcom 6700. I am with Bell Mobilty.

My Device information now reads:
ROM version: 3.50.00WWE
ROM Date: 4/25/07
Radio version: 1.14.00
Protocol version: SNAZ-40306
ExtROM version 2.11.710 WWE
Hardware version 0041
PRL version 31012
PRI version 1.06_007

I am having some bluetooth issues (dropping bluetooth during a call) and was looking to see if their was an update. I've noticed people
discussing radio updates and new revisions of Kitchen(??). I didn't want to just start updating things without knowing what they are and possibly screwing up my phone

What would be the update(s), I should be looking at?

In all honesty, the best answer is to Read, Read, and then read some more. Go thru ALL the threads and read what people are posting. When I joined this site I pretty much knew nothing about this stuff. What I did was just go thru posts and threads and read what people are saying. You will end up knowing way more than you even want to know!!!
