Unhappy Need Some Cpr

I own a 6700 and one evening while attempting to take some pics I got a critical battery warning but not near dead. So I turned off the camera and returned the phone to my vehicle to deal with later. When I returned to the vehicle the phone was off and unresponsive. Has happened before, but a plug up to a charging source and we are back to life. Well this time it acted up and didn't come on as normal. Instead I got flashing screen with a white background and a flashing flash in sync with the screen. I believe i have tried all the things I know about to get it revived but no luck. So here I am. Does anyone have a last ditch effort process to bring one back to life? BTW, no problems ever with the phone prior to this episode. Not dropped, never been swimming, hasn't been used as a hammer or a hockey puck. Just went south all of the sudden. Anyone know how to apply some paddles to this thing to give a little jolt to kick start it back to life? HELP. Thanks for the assistance. FYI, the led in the upper right of the phone is solid red.

perform a soft-reset, if looking at the front of the phone, its the pinhole to the left of the usb connection, take the stylus and push it in there and you'll hit a button and the phone should reboot(per-say). If that doesnt work, next would be a hard-reset (pressing the 2 softkeys and pushing the pinhole button at the same time (losing all your saved data).

I had the same thing happen once, where the phone had gone into sleep mode while the camera was running. It seems to be a problem with the camera's backlight setting. The conflict happens when the -Turn device off after [X] minutes if not used - command kicks in. It locks up the phone, and the only way out of it is a soft reset.

Still DOA

I have done soft resets, hard resets, tried different batteries, plugged into the docking station, plugged directly to the power cord, usb cord,.....no luck. I think it has been trying to come on when I have tried different things but just never gets past a point in the process. I am really confruzzed about this, as like I said in my original post I have had no problems with the phone until that time. Thanks for everyones input with this.

You should be able to get it into bootloader (hold power and record punch soft reset) and try re-flashing....Or you just might have bricked it for good. If so, I hope you have insurance with your provider.
