I'm not sure why this happens though. I saw a dropoff when I went to the 1.41 radio and then again with WM6. I do notice that this OS seems to do a lot more stuff in the background. I use a program that monitors opens and closes of programs with sounds and it's much more "chatty" with this ROM than with WM5. Dunno, but that may be part of it.

I bought an 1800ma battery from Verizon and it seems pretty nice -- where can I get this program that monitors opens and closes of programs with sounds?
Also, I have not found the place to make sure that a close gets rid of programs from memory -- most programs seem to do so, but not all, but I was curious more than anything else to verify the setting.
