Cricket PRL

yes, downloaded and installed cricket prl (1039, i believe)
changed all MINs and MDNs to my current cricket numbers
(verified with cricket tech support)
loaded cricket wm6 rom
hard reset afterwards
tried *228 to activate...no success

any help...please?!?
