BTW what bootloader are you guys using with this Kitchen? I am using 2.02 if that matters at all. I see that it allows for 2.05 to work I believe. Will this help with my problem or not?
You have not stated which device you are using, but I would cook a fresh rom with the kitchen and not use OEMs that may not be compatible with my phone.

Many times I run into OEMs that mess my phone up and I just re-cook.
The idea is to start with what works and change/increase OEMs from there...

EDIT: you must use SAME bootloader version your device states when putting in bootloader mode!
