Apache WM6.1 Build 20748 Kitchen

I too am getting the error in the updater, where it just sits for 5 minutes then tells me the files are unavailable.

I did manual d/l of most everything I can find, but cannot seem to get my hands on the Apache_WM6.1_20748 Selections.txt file. Was this ultimately figured out to be traffic issue for the updater?
