Also did you uncheck connection settings in Wmobile center for flashing rom?
Thats what I do & recheck to sync after a flash.

I have been testing many installs to see whats what with this new build...

Just like Lenny's Basekit 20273, the services.exe is taking 100% cpu. Replacing services.exe with the one in Helmi's 19716 kitchen solved my speed issues.

Can someone replicate the slowdown on 20748 and post their selections.txt? We don't see it, but we are building clean.

Here is my selections.txt with an EXTREME slowdown. I actually timed it, and it took me 2 mins to open a threaded text with 4 messages in it. It was completely unusable...

I would look at HTC Home or Today Agenda, because those were the only things I had running on the today screen and it still took 10-15 secs to open QuickMenu.

Every build I did prior to including the "Patches" folder with the 19716 services.exe file was unusably slow.
Using this new combination has me with an incredibly fast device.
My only current issue is that I can't get smartskey to work. It seems that it's an issue with assigning the d-pad and hardkeys correctly as I've tried different assignments with the smartskey config and the only one that works consistently is d-pad left to open Messaging.

It will not download the weather (stays forever attempting to download, I live in Monterrey, Mexico and had no issue with Rob´s WM6.0), it will not sunc with my XP computer), and it will not let me install S2U2 (with cab) or HHC bcs it says they´re not trusted.

Fo you know if I´m doing sommething wrong?

Thanks a lot.

Hi, I was buikding again today, and I buil 2 exactly same Roms...one for a verizon BL 1.04 and the other for my sprint BL 1.00 ... on the verizon everything worked fine; on the sprint the clock on htc home still won´t update except everytime y S reset and still it won´t synch with my computer,

Any thoughts?

thanks

If you are having issues changing the themes, please check the following registry entry:

Code:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies]
"1007"=dword:00000028

Is that dword value HEX or DEC?

Has anyone got MS voice command to work on this build and if so which version?

Also there are a number of options now under Updater which do I need to select to install this Build?

Same here. I've tried re-flashing several times already and have had no luck.
