Cant FRIGGEN upgrade

I hate to sound stupid guys (maybe it is because I have been up all night) but:
Im using windows Vista.
I already downloaded from PPCGeeks, Kitchen and APAC_WM6_R0_Cricket.exe

What the hell am I suppose to do???
First its run APAC_WM6.... but I get error code 150.
Then I try Kitchen and I don't even know what the hell its friggen for.

I feel like I am being run in circles, downloading a bunch of pointless crap.

My Phones Bootloader version is 2.05
Carrier Cricket.

All I want to do is replace Windows Mobile 5 with either 6 or 6.1
I don't want anything really customized.

Why wont APAC_WM6_R0_Cricket.exe work??? Do I need a Driver (Because I am suppose to disable USB in Mobile Device Center)
BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK
