Re: Apache Kitchen with LennySH's 6.1 build 19588

seems to run nicely but it locked up on me opening the HTC audio manager when I tried to turn screen off using the on/off button. otherwise runs well.

When you open a contact, do you see anything in the summary? If there is something in the notes tab, I can see that. I just don't see the important stuff like the phone numbers and addresses.

If you do see those things, what other contact-related apps do you have checked off? I'd like to compare to see if there is something that I need to have or lose in order to get this working.

yup.. that's happened to my Apache too. I cant see the details of my contact, only notes when I need to open a contact. Looking forward for which options should we gotta off.

Anyway, this may off topic, but I also see there is a base kit kitchen with different version at (sorry if already discussed before):

http://www.htcgeeks.com/Files/Apache/Basekits/20226/

anyone happened make it worked? I tried but it seemed fail to get work on my apache (Verizon base).

Cheers

How far did you get in the process?
Did you build a ROM successfully? Were you able to flash it? Would your device boot?
-------
I tried it.
I kept getting Error102- something about the being the incorrect updating software or the ROM was corrupt. I tried the NOID ruu and it finished and said it was successful, but it never did anything.

Had another lockup. this time in the car when nothing was going on with the device. screen was on and fully locked up requiring a reset.

can now confirm using the wired headset locks it up. happens every time I try it.
