Reg Question

I have looked and looked but cannot seem to find how the following is set:

Signature for Outlook email

I would like to customize my signature and then add it to my personal OEM so in the future I do not have to do this. I have both a pre and post build registry, but for the life of me I cannot seem to find it. My eyes are bleary as I have been up all night due to taking steroids for an eye inflammation...help!
