Download http://ppckitchen.org/downloads/buildos.msi
Run it.
Run the Updater (you can also manually downlod the .rar files from http://ppckitchen.org/downloads)
Run BuildOS
make sure the dropdowns on the toolbar are set correctly
pick your add ons in the listview (start very small...till you get the hang of it)
Push the play button on the toolbar.
Follow the prompts.

also make sure you have internet connection, yada yada....
