Oh, well, at least I tried to be civil. I'm sorry you think it's rude for people to ask reasonable questions about a product you are, in fact, accepting money for. Your high horse about how you're doing this out of the kindness of your heart would be much easier to buy if the product were actually free. It's actually shareware, guiltware, donationware, whatever you want to call it. A request for money is built right into the building process. And since you're providing what amounts to a commercial product, I wouldn't think it would be an imposition to provide such customer "support." We're just talking about a simple explanation, after all.

I won't expect questions about your product answered politely or indeed at all in the future.
