This is exactly my problem! I wish I knew how to fix it because I had to go back to wm6 after wm6.1 wouldnt connect to any WPA signals. it would however connect to an open one though.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I'm not connecting to wifi. I turn on wireless lan but my home network is not detected; instead the status remains at "connecting to network" but it never detects or connects. Not a big deal for me but just wanted to confirm what others are experiencing. Other than that, the kitchen is incredible and I'm finding the OS stable and fast. As questioned in another thread about the apache - is it over yet? No way!! Thanks to the Team!!

I am new to this. Which REV do I use for the Sprint PPC 6700 UTStarcom is the brand. Can I use REV 2.05?

What is everyone else using?

Shaggy, I have used MagicX Button for a long time. It closes the program when you hit the X in the corner of your screen, while only minimizing if you use the OK button. It also has the simpliest, yet most effective battery status I have found. You can even change the option for how many icons are shown on the Title bar.

BUMP

I'm guessing it's a driver issue, but the only wm6.0 I've ran is on the mogul. (b/g card)
this build is using "tiacxwln Compatible Wireless Ethernet" don't see a driver version though. what driver is wm6.0 using?

Set the Rev to whatever bootloader your phone has. You can determine the bootloader version by entering bootloader mode (power + cassette + reset, hold in for about a second or two)

GG - you da man. Thanks for your help last night.
However, can you let me know what port BuildOS works on to check login credentials?
(As well as the public IP and domain name if any).
My techs won't put me on the DMZ anymore, but will make a port exception rule on my firewall.

Thanks!

Gervy

I am experiencing this as well. It is a little more important for me since I only have 1x in my area and WiFi is SO much faster. It discovers my home network, and I am able to enter my ID, but then it just continues to try and connect. It is odd because the phone sees my home network and my neighbors, but it won't complete the "handshake."

Looking at my firewall logs, I see BuildOS.exe on Port really?????? and updater.exe on Port seriously.
