The option.xml in your OEM is not built correctly.

There is no longer a username and password. It is anonymous now, so you can access it by going to ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com

Alright, what the heck are you guys including (or more importantly, NOT including) that's allowing your ROMs to build. I'm stripping almost everything out and it still says it's too big.

Oh, and the errors when press play start with: "kitchens\PPCGeeks_OEMrar::Skin-Phone-no2chem_dualtouch-battery.bmp- Overwrite existing file?" and continue with about 20 more images.

That means that some of the dialer images were left in the kitchen by mistake. The dual touch dialer is then trying to overwrite them. While annoying, this is important to alert users to possible duplicate file issues. I will try to address the dialer image duplicates.

Is there a work around for this?

Why can't I remove WindowsLive Mobile?

Where is that list of sizes of the individual OEMs?
I'm down to 240KB over... This thing already looks stripped!
