Evening all,

I was searching through the threads looking for something when I came across the following thread:

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ghlight=extrom

Has anyone of our genius Apache kitchen experts ever thought about incorporating this into the Apache kitchen. I am betting you would have alot of very happy Apache people if this trick could be pulled off.

I just updated and I'm still getting the file create error with the vogue camera selected. I thought I had read that was fixed for apache, or did I read something wrong?

Would be a nice trick if it could be pulled off. I'm willing to look into it and try, since My Touch should be arriving tomorrow. My beloved 6700 will still be utilized as a guinea pig in kitchen testing and ideas like this. Thanks for finding it and bringing it to my attention.

My 6800 is on the way to me so if you need another guinea pig please use me. My 6700 will be sitting around gathering dust.

Thanks,
Steve

I dont look at it as exodus. I look at it as spreading my helpfulness to another device. I love my Apache, and actually this will go to my daughter for her bday. I am investing in the 128 meg upgrade for it too. So no its not dieing, its just going to be retired for a bit.

Yeah, more and more ... I recently got a 6900 as a 6700 replacement, so I'll be esperimnetin' on my 6700 as well.

Thinkin' about the Kitchens for the 6900 but the stock is running beautifully (expect no GPS!).

I am not ready for the Touch yet. My fat fingers wont work on it properly, so I got VZW to give me a 6800 to replace my 6700 for no charge. I found that talking to them about why I stayed with them for soo long goes a long way to moving them into the direction you want them to go. Maybe it also helped that I called on Mother's Day and actually got a mother in data tech support to help me....lol.

It was meant in fun of course. I've had a lot of fun with the mighty Apache and the folks here in the forum. Don't worry, I'll keep in touch (pun intended).
