I thought about something this weekend, as other sporadic things happened...do you have a case with a magnet? It seems like if the phone gets turned on by some incoming message or a calendar reminder, somehow after I accept the reminder and shut the phone off, it may get bumped and happen to click the BT area & shut it off. I used to use a case with a magnet but haven't in quite some time. It's really getting annoying. I think I'm going to start fresh with a clean ROM and see what happens. It seemed to work great for awhile after loading the last ROM but has gotten progressively worse.
