Hey whatever happened to the patches directory. I have some \Windows files I need to overwrite (dialer skins, etc)...

It followed the dinosaurs. Make an OEM module that contains your files. In certain cases (replacing module w/ file error), you need to make a complete replacement OEM using the same GUID as the original OEM.
