Thanks for your reply. It made me go back and start from scratch. I got confused because I opened the option.xml and it said checked="True". I thought that would do it. At first I didn't see the option in the Kitchen list. Once I checked it in the Kitchen, I ran the build and got this:
Scanning USER_OEM\zzzzzOptional_Personal
Compiling Device Manifest
Compiling Files
skipped C:\BuildOS\USER_OEM\zzzzzOptional_Personal\option. xml
So I thought that meant it was being omitted, checked the log and found it was being included in the build. Now I understand it. All is well now.

Thought I was downloading a new version of BuildOS with ROM fill meter, but the link on the 1st page seems to give me an older version than what I had, and running it, I see no meter. Is it released? Is the link correct?

It is not released. As is customary, contributors will get it first.

Re: New BuildOS - Report Bugs Here

I'm not sure how to search posts, so I am going to ask if someone can help me with this. I have a PPC-6700 originally an ALLTEL phone. Version 1.00. I have been sucessfully built and loaded ROMs but to flash it to Cricket and when I dial *228 it sends me to the Verizon Network. What do I need to do to get this phone in Cricket network?

Should we be posting issues with the newest BuildOS here?

Thanks,

Re: New BuildOS - Report Bugs Here

Hi! I love the new Kitchen! Thank you so much!!

I am having some trouble though. After successfully building the image and flashing it I am finding that the Java program comes up in error and WMP has trouble playing web videos using the asx extension I belive.

I consistently get the warning message in the Building Exclusion list:

Making ROM
ImgfsToNb 2.1 RC2
ImgFs size: 0x3900000 bytes (0x1c800 sectors)
Not conservative mode. Changing imgfsEnd from 0x3f00000 to 0x3f40000
Warning: Storage Partition Not found.
ImgFs Flash Region log blocks was 0x38c, now is 0x390
No Storage Flash Region found!
Done!

Cleaning up

Renaming for ROM Packaging

Setting PagePool=7
PagePool address=4C84FE

Copying extra files

Please help!
