Try cooking a rom without any additional OEMs. This was happening to me and it turned out to be one of my OEM packages, even though the ROM would still build.

I got the same error, and although I'm able to install other roms through the bootloader, my model ID is now a bunch of squares instead of PA10A1 like it should. This is unchanged regardless of any rom, including the official Sprint ones. I suspect the others affected have similar garbage in their model ID field. (Settings > System > Device Information > Identity)

My SuperCID did not get corrupted, so CID seems to be a different issue.
