Hey Verizonguy ... great build with 6b ... but I have a little request. I know you have your hands on the i760. Would it be possible to pull the today screen plugin from it .. the little digital clock plugin. From the screen shots Ive seen it looks pretty cool and doesnt take up a lot of realistate.

I'm just trying to see if I can ween myself off of HTC Home as I love the new one line notification plugin you added.

Thanks for all your effort. Your making my wait for the xv6800 very pleasant!!

I already returned the i760, however I did of course copy the rom first ;) I'll see what I can do for ya.

Seems like a similar problem with the Live Update under settings.

Huh? Explain what you mean. The live search oem package should be checked off by default in the kitchen adding it to the programs & to the today screen.

You'll have to articulate what isn't working as expected.

I was reffering to Live Search, the maps and traffic application. I believe that the kitchen has an older version. The latest version is 2.5.2840.19676
(it complains about network issues or the maps do not download)
by the way , thanks for a great ROM.

That explains my problem. I have no ID or password. I was never prompted for one and the site just errors out. I assumed by being logged into this site I should be fine. Can somebody point me to where I need to sign up for access to the downloads?

Sorry about my ignorance. I feel like a moron.

BTW, what's with the jokes about Kirwin's rom? Is he the one that ticked HELMI off by not giving credit?

ID: ppcgeeks
PW: ezupload

Not sure what jokes you are referring to (haven't read through the end of the thread yet) but yes, there was some friction regarding the way Kirwin's ROM was presented. Hopefully, that's all cleared up now. Kirwin's mods were appreciated by many people.

Holy cow Batman!
Amazing the difference in small changes.
I changed my personal OEM and IT worked fine with this Kitchen.
I didn't install the HTC Home plugin and this thing booted up in record time. I also l left out the HTC task manager since it seems to slow things down a little~ the task manager in iLauncher is very effective.
My first sync went very quickly.... and now installing my non-ROM programs.

I tried playing around with some of the different dialer-pads last night. Got strange results, so I don't think I'll mess around with them until they have better WM6 installers. I also tried using WisbarAdvance3 again. Nice, but probably not worth the effort.

Is there a way to set the phone to auto disconnect from the data network after downloading a media message? I cant find one if there is.
