Thanks to naigaman's chat room help, I'm back to 2.02 and able to flash rom's from the new kitchen!

So happy now

um windows live isnt working. i get a could not connect to internet connection error.

Sprint 6700, flash with ROM from 0.3 kitchen, OK.
Flash again with my cooked ROM (just added some fonts and xpshutdown on 0.3), stuck at 99%, said "Error 100: model ID Error...". See attached picture.

Since that, i can not flash it back with even official download. I was finally able to extract the ROM from official download and flash it with NOid tool, but i still can not flash official download directly, the error message was the same as above.

Anything wrong? Please help.

I think its something about cellsouth, because this is completely the opposite of the fix that solved alot of the problems with the threader on wm5, but I have had the exact same problem many times and changing that value back to HTC_SMS_Providers.dll has almost always solved the problem.

hey vg... looks like you have put in some nice effort, but you stated that you didnt know that helmi was working on a kitchen. given the amount of issues that have arrisen with this one, I think I might wait for helmi's. but do you think maybe you could get in touch with him and compare notes? his is a team effort and i would bet he wouldnt mind having you on the team.

I for one was getting tired of waiting for this other kitchen... it's been literally months since the ROM was released... and VG's kitchen has been completely fine with the exception of the one regedit I needed.

Ditto from me on the above. I have been toying with the latest release and it's drastically improved over the first release. In a couple days! Alone with a bad eye, no less. VG, you deserve tremendous thanks from all of us for your work. Absolutely incredible!
