Re: Hard-Spl for TP2
You can get a bricked phone by using the wrong unlocker? Ouch.
I have a T-Mobile HTC TP2 and it uses a SIM card. Is GSM the one I use? xD I just got the phone too, so I wanna be extra careful not to screw it up. |

Re: Hard-Spl for TP2
So what I'm looking for doesn't exist yet? I've got a US Cellular TP2 dual band, and I switched to T-Mobile, thinking that since it's a dual band phone I could just slide that bad lil card in there and *BAM* FU! US Cellular, but no.. that's not the case. LOCKED. I even called the CS, and threatened civil suit, but to no avail they will not release the lock code. So... here I am; digging, straight grinding, scrolling page after grueling page, just to find out that I'm stuck with this thing that I cannot use? If that's the case S***!
I've tried a few differnet flashing utilities, but nothing seems to "release" it from the US Cellular network. Help? Anyone? -meatbag |

read the sim unlocker thread, located in the tp2 upgrades section. |

Re: Hard-Spl for TP2
in my phone settings the sim is unlocked, so it's still necessary to "unlock it". I do not want to brick this thing, bought it for 50 bucks, and it's my only phone....
..when it come to this flashing phones thing, I'm really ignorant... |

Re: Hard-Spl for TP2
look at the radio, does it say "wu" behind the number? if it doesn't, you're not sim unlocked. edit, I switched out of mobile mode. I'll help point you in the right direction, I'm trying to get my pc back online.
