Qwerty Problem with Jackos EVO rom, HELP AND GET PAID!

Okay, heres the deal..
I've downloaded Jackos S3 WWE JackFULL from
[ROM][12.06.2011][WWE]Jackos EVO WM6.5.x 28236 + Sense 2.5/2.1|TF3D2.1 - Page 52 - xda-developers

so.. I'm from finland and the qwerty of this ROM is english, so when i hold down FN button and press O it should be as "Ä" but it gives "-" and when i try to get "Ö" with FN button down and P it gives _

so.. 3 dollar question, how to get my qwerty to finnish language?
