Hard-SPL sim unlocking??

I'm in the process of getting a T-Mobile TP2 and was wandering if the hard-spl unlock thing does a sim unlock so I can use it on AT&T.

I've used google and been on the forums here and at "the other site" and have always been redircted to a pay for unlock site...I don't wanna pay..lol..I will donate tho.

Can I call T-Mobile with my imei number and tell em I'm going overseas or something?? I did that with my wife's LG Xeon on AT&T but was just wandering..

try posting in the general forum on xda (there more gsm savy)

yea i got it. i bought the htc unlocker from the link in the spl unlocker link in xda. took about 5 minutes and its the best 24$ i ever spent..lol
