Samsung Posts Fixes for GPS Issues for Captivate and Vibrant on Support Site

Those of you who have the Captivate or Vibrant and are having GPS issues — which is most of you, right? — may be in luck! Samsung has posted a fix to their official support forums.
There are two steps:

Ensure that “Use wireless networks” is selected in your settings
Download GpsSamsungRestore from the Android Market and install

According to the FAQs from Samsung, these two methods are very beneficial to those users having GPS issues.

Found it. You should change the title of this thread as it is misleading. This is not really a "fix" for the crappy GPS. All the app does is reset the GPS settings back to factory defaults.

Well, did it not fix the gps?
