EDIT: I only checked the 23559 and it won't load HTC Sense. I'll try rebuilding again with both checked and post what happens.

EDIT2: I checked both builds and same again, I even ran task29 each time prior to a flash. Any ideas what box I'm missing?

Drop these into ..rstg_DIY_kitchen\TOOLS\Projects then File-Open and start with them... See if that helps.

23599 is wm6.5.x
21899 is wm6.5 (my favorite) You'll need a matching Rom, SYS, and dont forget Rom-XIP which is for the device so it boots...

I have to agree, I'm getting more used to the set up with 6.5.
I'll see if I can get this 6.5X 1 more shot then I'm going to give up on it for a while
I need to get into dumping files into the kitchen so I can load up some custom splash screens, wallpapers, etc. I'm spending a lot of time just banging my head on the wall with this 6.5X

You end up getting 6.5.x to work in the VK. Tried a few times and couldnt get it to fully boot. Im downloading the DIY kitchen now. Im trying to use the same sys I was using on my touch pro with the new resolution. 28011.

Everytime it wouldnt get past the customization screen. Any ideas, dont think I left anything out I needed.

I used the EVK kitchen to burn 6.5 ROM's and I attempted to use the DIY kitchen for the 6.5.x and kept getting the sense beta lock. So I am sticking with the 6.5 for now; when I get more time to hammer out my 6.5.x problems in the DIY (after I finish getting my truck fixed) then I could have more answers for ya. Lately with my only mode of transportation being half dead it's hard to afford time digging into each option figuring out what is causing the conflict I need a good couple of days.

I'm still cooking with the V.2 package EVK; I noticed that I couldn't send picture messages to non-T-mobile folks, I applied this fix and it's working:
