Ok, I see what's been confusing me. When I open the archive for ...v3.03.rar it wants to extract to EXT, not EXT2 as is shown in your post. I created EXT2 and extracted to it. Sorry, I got it now.

trying to build a 23563 rom, keep getting errors so as a test I just selected the lite version and made no changes. Here is my log. Any ideas?

Choose a different taskbar icon set, I've found that the package "BWTaskBar_HD2_Pheonix_[4-4-10_Volfix]__WM6_5_3" will not let you complete a build for some reason. I'll look into when I get a chance...

A few questions
1. did you unpack the kitchen in the c:\root directory with a small folder name?
for example c:\kitchen\*.*
if you have any spaces or long names it will crash on ya.
2. If you are running vista/or win7 did you run it with administrative rights?
3. before each build select: refresh, then build....

Last on the log file I noticed that you selected the following items:

EDIT: On cookie clock pick either swiss with clockmod or standard with standard.... The swiss will have an optional standard clock built in.
you also have calendar background transparent & no background selected.
RSTOYGUY, good catch on BWTaskBar_HD2_Pheonix_[4-4-10_Volfix]__WM6_5_3; I was reading the forum on this exact taskbar and it is causing alot of kitchens to crash; I'm removing it from the kitchen for now until next update.

Thanks for the help. Rom cooked fine! What significance is the "Locale" setting? What does 0409 do? Thanks

Good deal! 0409 is the english language. This should not ever change. My laptop blew up this morning so I'm setting up a new one and copying all the stuff over today. And if you all find some cool stuff that works with the HD2, shoot me a link and I'll include it in future kitchens!

Changelog v3.11
- Fixed Co0kie group so clocks work and inserted second hand
- new apps
- Removed startmenu-programs-programs 1, it's now just programs
- several misc changes
