I am confused....4g on the Nexus S?

Can someone please help me out here...

I want to get this phone but I can't seen to determine if the phone can access T-Mobiles "4G" network?

I am completely confused between the HSPA/HSPA+/3G/4G

What does this phone have?

Thanks!
-Jason
