HeyTell is out on WP7 now, a similar type of "Push to Talk" voice message app and is cross platform to iOS and Android as well. Works pretty good, give it a try.

HeyTell doesn't really satisfy those who want the actual app. It is a good alternative regardless. I did however email voxer support a piece of my mind for not supporting this rising platform.
