Still with fingers crossed.. but mouse on the buy now (eyephone) .. set to click on the 15th.

Yep, shots up to date and I took a double dose of ExLax to clean the remnents of IOS and Android from my system. Fresh mind and fresh GI; ready to do.

Hopefully I wont have to go to the dark side..... All VZW has to do is announce the freaking WP7 device.. and we'll all move along.. :)

hey guys check this out i really dont know what to make of it i e-mailed the verizon guy on the microsoft paper today (Steve Sapp) he directed me to Neal Schrepfer and here is what he said:

Matt,
We do not yet have a firm release date.. this promo will prequalify you to make the purchase, but it is not a pre sale.. you can choose which device suits you best.
This promo will not run after the launch.. it will be ended a few days prior
I will send you an email concerning the promotion

then he sent this:

You can get 100.00 per line even if they do not want to purchase a wp7
This is pre qualification, not a pre sale.. it does not require a purchase, but makes you eligible to purchase.
If you do not choose to purchase the wp7 at launch, your current upgrade dates on that line would remain the same.

So i am hopeful that we will here something tomorrow. but is worries me about the elegibility through june 15, 2011 but i think that means about a renewal before june 15th but dont know for sure. the flyer still shows till tommorow the promo last and he said the promo would only last a few days prior to launch. i dont know maybe i am being naive. what do you guys think. the flyer still says april 7 last time i check. here is hoping to announcement tomorrow.

In my e-mail Steve said it would be "before the reimbursement windows closes," I wonder if he meant the June 15th date or the April 7th date...

I can't wait, I hate my current phone, Imagio, I had a TP2 and assurion replaced it with the Imagio.:angry1: I WANT A KEYBOARD!!!

Anyway, My New Every 2 is eligible 6/10/11. I'm hoping that the eyephone 5 will be on Verizon and Windows 7 will be out by then and I'll make the choice. The keyboard is my primary goal which sort of kills the eyephone, but if I don't like the windows 7 phone I can trade it back within 15 days and try the eyephone.

Good luck getting a TP2...Verizon and Asurion does not have any more. I still have a case open with them with my cracked screen, they still have not have anything worth it unless I want android...
