since its almost offically I can talk a bit about it i head it was gonna be a surprise christmas present for sprint customers but going by this I guess they pushed it back some to bad to it was being put through some serious testing

well - microsoft hasn't developed the CDMA version of WP7 yet, so that would explain why we can't have it yet...
