problem in hard resetting my imate

I am having wm 6.1 powered "imate ultimate 6150".
yesterday i hard resetted my device due to some storage problems.
but after resetting the device, the basic options in the start menu(such as settings,programs) vanished.now i am unable to master clear this device for the above reason.
the screen is not aligned properly too.
i dont know wt to do.pls,help me mobees
