.rar files
A lot of the ppc software i find are rar files. I can drag and drop the file to my ppc and run the programs using pocketrar but not completely install to my ppc with icon/shortcuts....etc

I'm not really familiar with rar files..... do I need a rar program on my desktop? is there something I'm missing? HELP

You need WinRar for you computer, go to Filemirrors.com, search for winrar, download it, and you should be set.
