Problem with my HTC p3400 screen

hi all

my screen heavily needs alignment as most of the keys are pressed way far from it's original position

the problem is my phone is restarted and now asking for the password but i can't enter it

is there any solution to this problem? and if not, will formatting help?

Yea, if you do a hard reset it will reset to factory settings. However, you will lose all your data if not backed up. The phone will prompt you for a realignment when it first boots after the reset.

Not much you can do other than that, unless you somehow get that password entered.
