Re: CDMA TP2 cases, any good ones?

Alright guys, I am in NEED of a case. I don't want to hurt this beautiful device in anyway.

Can we go on to reliability now? Post your review of your case once you get it!

Thanks...

Re: CDMA TP2 cases, any good ones?

I just got this email back from Seidio today..makes me sad

Hello _______,

Thank you for your inquiry into Seidio products. At this time we don’t have plans to release accessories for the HTC Touch Pro 2.
We’re currently working on developing a accessories for this device but we’re not sure how extensive our product line will be for this device. This doesn’t mean that we will not eventually release any accessories for this phone we just haven’t got plans to at this time.

I like this one a lot. The two plastic ones they had just seemed so wrong for such a nice phone
Don't you find that the case was a little bit small for the phone ? does il went fine after some time ?

What about the magnet, does it also reactivate the desactivated phone ?

Thank you for answering

Re: CDMA TP2 cases, any good ones?

I still use one of the universal golla cases that I already had...

I always recommend getting a universal case if you change phones as often as I do... (every year or every other year) ... and I realize this case may be ugly or unprofessional to others.. but there are a lot of universal case choices out there... I was just trying to broaden your selection to maybe something less... touch pro 2 specific and more universal (and less leather too, think of the animals ;P ). I have a black more professional looking universal case.. but its actually a bit too small for the tp2.. so make sure its dimensions are big enough to fit comfortably...

I've been using the Seidio spring clip that I had for the Samsung i760 and it fits the TP2 amazingly well. Absolutely no movement whatsoever. The only problem I see is that the TP2 is slightly longer than the i760 so the spring clip is slightly extended when the TP2 is holstered. Also, I put the phone in upside down so the sleep button (VZW) doesn't get depressed when inserting.

All in all, though, it allows me to be patient for Seidio to come out with a proper one.

Re: CDMA TP2 cases, any good ones?

Was a big fan of the case till I realized that the constant "holstering and un-holstering" caused scuff marks on my Mogul (even damaged the mogul rubberized case from Seidio). After awhile, my clip broke all together...I think I'll stick with a leather case. Bought this off ebay few days ago- should expect it to be here next week if not this week. :
