You can either use a program called Activesync that should be on the CD that came with your device. If not you can download it from Microsft's site. It will allow you to transfer files to/from your device and PC, but it can be slow with mp3 transfers. Another way is to buy a SDCard reader for your PC and get a MicroSD to SD adapter and transfer the files that way. It is much faster IMHO.

ok u should keep the .mp3 on your sd.
Press and hold on the name of the mp3 and it should give you an option to set as ringtone.
tada..... done. |

Thanks thats even easier....I switched from a Treo 755p to the Mogul so I'm still adjusting the Windows program. I'm loving it so far.
