Re: IPhone on Sprint yet?

The unlocked IPhone will work on any GSM network. Verizon will also issue a locked SIM card for it if you say the magic words. I have never heard of Sprint doing the same but more power to you if you do.

Re: IPhone on Sprint yet?

Yeah, the only GSM you'll ever get out of VZW is a WorldPhone, same with Sprint...

Re: IPhone on Sprint yet?

OK, you guys may be right and it may be just a bunch of horse hockey but I am just relaying what a VZ rep told me. She said that if I call in and say that my employer is now requiring me to use a GSM device but I still like VZ's service they will issue me a GSM SIM card locked to the ESN of the device I need to use. May be a load of it but that is what I was told.

+1, I've heard it done too with VZW. But iPhone on sprint? Especially with their customer service reps? HELL NO.

iPhone on VZW? Not happening now b/c VZW is making their OWN APPSTORE.
iPhone on Sprint? Nah, They've got the Pre, the best d*** thing around to them.
iPhone on T-Mobile? Can ans has been done, easy.
iPhone on Qwest? Who?
iPhone on AT&T? If you don't know THAT already, please commit suicide.

P.S. Mods please move to iPhone/Carrier Discussion please? This is NOT the right thread to post in.

*I'm* going to commit suicide if I see one more bloody iPhone post. Dear everyone, if you want that overpriced gimmicky phone THAT bad, cancel your sprint contract, and go to AT&T. Don't post about it in a forum populated by windows mobile nerds. Kthxbai.

I hope Sprint never gets the damn thing, honestly. Cause you know people will be juicing their jeans over it & won't EVER SHUT UP about it & I will go even crazier.
GEEEZZ.. Chillax a little.. lol... it wouldn't be so horrible to have a cdma iphone, I have had one for about a week, I liked the touch on it much better than the pro, But as you can see I have a Touch Pro now and going to the Tp2.. So that said, I'm all about our pro's.. BUt.. The Iphone has some cool features.. Mainly like I said for me, the touch of the screen is perfect.. And when you're talkin the screen blacks out and when you remove from your ear it lights back up perfect... I do use our In Phone Tweak, but it could still use a lot of work!!
