Mozilla Thunderbird Lightning Sync WM6

Has anyone had experience with synching their WM6 to mozilla lightning? Have you done it with success? I downloaded thunderbird and lightning and am having a hard time using birdiesync to sync all my data.

Most of my contacts, tasks, appointments disappeared when I imported outlook 2007 to lightning.
