HSPA: 3G Bands Asia/Eur -> CAN/US

I noticed the HSPA/WCDMA bands for the TD2 operate at this frequency only Europe/Asia: 900/2100 MHz.

With that being said, does HSPA require a "pair" to work in NA HSPA Bands: 850/1900/2100?

In short, any way to get my TD2 to recieve 3G reception in NA
