Need To Know!

Ok I'm not with Sprint anymore even though I have my Treo Pro's still, I Need To Know where I :
1)Use my STP with another carrier,
2)Where can I activate an un-locked phone,

3) The most important of all WHAT New Phone is worth buying?

I'm looking at the HTC Magic, the Touch Pro 2 (but I think that's too heavy) & the Diamond 2 but I don't think that's coming our way.
So what do you think, what's a really good phone to get & where besides ATT, Sprint to go?

Well all the phones listed except the TouchPro2 will not be on sprint, the HTC Shadow i wouldnt even put in the same category since its not touch screen and looks awful, the HTC Magic is the second Android phone to come out and not for Sprint again, and you already know about the Diamond2.

your best bet is probly to switch to a GSM provider if those phones are worth it to you. Im going to stay w sprint cuz there cheaper and will be getting the TP2 and the Wimax HD PPC's. and thats all i Need. i say if you can wait it out.

Are you trying to activate a CDMA phone or GSM? Sim Card or no Sim card?

I checked w/Tmo & they want $149.99 for a G1 & $75/month for 300 minutes w/unlimited messaging & web. It ain't cheap. Yea if I can find a GSM at a good price I'll unlock it & then go to Tmo & activate it. There's not many carriers to work with, if I could afford the depo, hate to say it, but I'd go to , ahhh, ATT. Don't know where else to go. Thanks appreciate it.
