Same here but I dont work for sprint, but what helps me is that I have 8 lines on my account so everytime a new phone comes out, one line is getting out of contract lol... so i am able to buy it at a discount rate, I tried vista ultimate, worked fine for me since I build my own rig, and now I am running windows 7 RC which is damm good....

it's not hard to do when they charged me full fare for a replacement and credited the amount minus $100. and they gave me the 30 day exchange.
