Bell PRL Files

Here are all the prl files I've been able to scour off the net, out of roms. All tested on my touch diamond. Prl versions are 31396, 31398, 31402. 31402 was taken out of the latest bell released vogue rom. I hope this is the right forum to toss this in and that it helps someone else out, I searched for the better part of an afternoon before I figured I should just check bell roms.

Edit: Just wanted to add that as of this post 31402 was the most current bell prl available to my knowledge.
Attached Files
File Type: rar Bell_Prl_Files.rar (6.9 KB, 215 views) Click for barcode!

Re: Bell PRL Files

What is the easiest way to install the PRL file?

My goal is to revert back my phone to it original state so I've flash the Bell dump ROM without problem but I'm still having the roaming symbol R since I've try the Energy Rom. While running this custom ROM I try to get rig of the R by installing this file dcd Bell Carrier 20090704.cab 1171KB Jul 04 2009 08:18:13 PM and it didn't solve my problem.

My current PRL no is 60613!!! I would like to install the 31402

Would you please explain me in detail how to do this.

Thanks,

  1. Get a Registry Editor (i like PHM)
  2. Navigate to HKLM/Software/HTC/ATDbgLog
  3. Change the value of Enable to 1
  4. Change the value of LogMode to 1
  5. Wait 2-5 mins. (I usually wait like one minute, but whatever works)
  6. Soft reset
  7. Check to make sure the folder /Atlog has been created in the main memory
  8. Navigate back to the registry location indicated before (HKLM/Software/HTC/ATDbgLog)
  9. Change Enable to 0
  10. Change LogMode to 0
  11. Wait 2-5 mins.
  12. Soft reset
  13. Navigate to the /Atlog folder in the main memory and openATDbg0.txt
  14. There will be a RETARDED amount of information in this text file. You are looking for "Rx:+HTC_RMSL:######\r\n0\r"
  15. Those pound signs are your MSL. Enjoy.

Hit thanks if i helped.
My roaming symbol R disappear, now it show Bell Mobility rather than International.

Re: Bell PRL Files

Glad the search function was able to help you out. Any chance you were able to dump 60613? If the #'s of the prl = a version # then ....

Re: Bell PRL Files

Any chance to get more recent PRL from Bell? Like 31406? I would like to get this one on for my Touch Pro.
