6800 Lost/Found

Several months back I lost my 6800 (alltel network). I replaced it through warranty with the touch pro. I have since found the 6800, but I am sure the have put the esn on a "no good" list. Is there anyway I can use this phone now? Sorry if this is a repetative question I just haven't been able to found any answers in the other post.

there was a thread on this, i can't really remember the title but anyhoo, i think you have to have proof that it's your phone and activating it again was a pain if i remember correctly.
