wmwifirouter help please!!!

I've benn trying to get wmwifirouter to work for several days on my mogul but i have been unsuccesfull. i've gone thru the steps again and again and nothing seems to work. first i installed the cab on the card, then i went to settings then to network cards and i selected the wifi card (my network ards needs to connect to my work or the internet?) and a i selected use specific ip address 192.168.0.1 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0. then i went to run the application, everithing seemed to be ok in the screen it said connected to wmwifirouter but when i search for wifi on my laptop and i clicked the wmwifi router it said that windows cannot connect why am i getting this? please help me
