SPB Mobile Shell 3.0 OEM package

I have finished building and testing my latest OEM package

SPB's latest Mobile Shell 3.0.0. This is the final build (6411). It took me a few tries to get the registry settings correct, but it tests great for me.

Here is the link:

It will install in trial mode, waiting for your activaiton key to be fully registered.

Edited RGU file to remove some incorrect icons. They auto-build with the correct icons, yay!
