MS Live Search 4.5 OEM Package

I noticed the OEM in the latest kitchen is offering Live Search 4.1 and as soon as I installed it, MS offered up the update to 4.5.... SO, I packaged up 4.5 as an OEM for the kitchen.

Just unpack the file and throw it in your USER_OEM foler in the kitchen.
