phone wont leave loading screen please help

About 30 minutes ago I flashed a new rom to my phone. I had to leave and go run errands so I turned my phone off. When I got back i turned my phone back on and my phone is now stuck on the VZW loading screen. I can do a soft reset as many times as I want but it wont leave the loading screen. How can this issue be fixed?

just woke up. Im trying to use Juicy 7 rom...that was the first initial rom then I flashed Merdins rom when it froze up the second time. I am now using IIIboredIII's most recent rom.

Im using Pim backup as my utility and the apps that I am using are the normal apps installed in the rom.

Ok Ive narrowed it down to some things. Usually it starts acting up if I flash any kitchen of any kind. I flashed MightyRom5 today and its fine.
