Samsung Ace Help! 6.1 Upgrade! HELP PLEASE!

I was attempting to upgrade to WM 6.1 from WM 6.0 for my phone and it stoped responding during the upgrade process. Apart form sending it to the manufacturer and/or sprint, there anything anyone of you can recommend me do to upload a rom.

I have an HTC Apache and i know there is a bootloader mode for it. If i could find i way to put the ace in bootloader mode then maybe i could fix it.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME>??????
