hardreset china phone

I've got a china phone 2 weeks ago. It is Dubao phone, uses windows mobile 5.0. But now it can't login windows after I install Japanese font. It stop at welcome screen. I've try to hardreset it but I don't know to do it. Anyone can help me, please.
